Question: My login isn't coming? What do I do?
Answer: You need to contact the game staff: admin@turfhorse.net with your member ID number and your login will be returned to the email listed on your account.
Question: I have two accounts with the same email and its only sending the login for the other account. What do I do?
Answer: You need to login one of the two accounts and change your email address. You should not have the same email on more then one account.
Question: I'm not getting an email!! What do I do?
Answer: Please check your spam folder. A lot of email places think that an email from turfhorse is junk mail. You should find your login in there.
